About This Event
Join us at the College of Staten Island for an exciting Flag Football Camp designed to help participants develop their football skills in a fun, active, and competitive environment.
The camp will focus on teaching and improving the fundamentals of flag football through skill-based instruction, drills, and game play. Participants will work on both offensive and defensive techniques while developing their footwork, speed, coordination, route running, and overall understanding of the game.
Camp activities will include:
- Flag pulling and defensive techniques
- Route running and receiving skills
- Offensive drills and fundamentals
- Defensive drills and positioning
- Footwork, agility, and movement drills
- Running and speed development
- Age-appropriate scrimmages and game situations
